I am proud to help grow the game of golf from the opposite ends of the spectrum! I have steadily increased my knowledge and application to help golfers young and old feel comfortable about their athletic abilities on and off the course. I believe there is more than one way to get from Point A to Point B and my diversity of education helps me convey that to my clients.

I’ve always loved sports! Playing lacrosse growing up led me to Northern Arizona University, where I played and later coached. That’s where I found my passion for training athletes and everyday people alike. Since then,

I’ve coached both in person and virtually, working with everyone from general fitness clients to athletes chasing sport-specific goals, Spartan Races, and marathons. Golf came into my life during the pandemic, and it quickly became another way to push myself to be consistent, improve, and enjoy the outdoors.

Now I help golfers build strength, mobility, and confidence so they can perform better on and off the course.
